Accessibility Mapper — Licensing

Accessibility Mapper is dual licensed. The license that applies to you depends on how you intend to use the software.

Open Source License (GPL v3)

If you are using, modifying, or distributing Accessibility Mapper for open-source purposes, the GNU General Public License v3 applies. Under GPL v3 you may:

Use the software freely
Study and modify the source code
Distribute your modified version — provided you release it under GPL v3 as well

A full copy of the GPL v3 is included in the repository as LICENSE.

Commercial License

A commercial license is required if you want to:

Incorporate Accessibility Mapper source code into a closed-source or proprietary product
Distribute a modified version without releasing the source code
Bundle Accessibility Mapper with a product sold through a storefront other than the Druware-operated App Store listing
Use Accessibility Mapper in an internal enterprise tool where GPL v3 obligations cannot be met

Under a commercial license you receive written permission to use the software in proprietary contexts, free from GPL v3's share-alike requirements.
