Probably Obvious, but, "Hey, new website!"

So, this might not be worth its own news entry, but the new look and feel website dropped today. It wasn't supposed to happen until tonight, but apparently someone forgot to disable the auto publish features that we have been using during all of our recent tweaking, and well... oops?

Anyways, much like the work we did over at Two Wheel Junction, it was time. Most of the existing site dates back to 1995, and despite multiple minor updates, it had reached 'well over due' status. While a more flashy look would be the trend, it just did not fit quite who we are, so we opted for a lower key, more 'hey there is stuff to actually read' layout and look.

We hope you like it.

A couple of notes about the site. This is just phase 1. Phase 2 will enable us to actually sell our products directly again. That is something that we haven't done in over 20 years, and it seemed to be time since we are indeed also wrapping up replacing our internal accounting system with something a bit more modern ( see FiSQL to learn a bit about that project ). That project includes all the bits we need for our new storefront.

Along the way, we are down to just a handful of projects to publish that we have not yet announced or released. We are targeting the first of those announcements next week, and the other probably the last week of September.

Needless to say, there is a LOT going on around here now that Dru is not the only one doing the work...
