Lormyr is a ground up mud that is being hosted and assisted in development by the staff here at Druware. Designed to be a ground up reapproach to the traditional LPMUD, it is being powered by an experimental driver, derived from the Ancient Empires driver, but with plans to replace the driver with an entirely new driver.

Who is driving this effort?:

Development and design is being handled primarily by two long time Ancient Empires wizards, Phoenix and Hawkmoon. The concepts and ideas are a mixture of both styles and is embracing many different styles of game. Still in the early stages of development, the game is under heavy construction and is frequently prone to long down times while much of the core foundations are implemented, tested, or broken by these two creative sparks.
