So it's been a quiet couple of weeks in terms of outward work, but we've been tweaking and touching a whole slew of things around here. Not the least of which is the website :-). One of the new features is a quick and dirty 'screenshot' view for the pages as we add screenshots. Of course, adding screenshots is what prompted this. This is very much a first pass / quickie implementation (mostly because it's been 5 years since I was doing any serious web development, and it's been that long since I did anything useful with JavaScript), but it's known to work on Safari based browsers, and should work on IE and Netscape, though it hasn't been tested all that thoroughly yet.
So about those screenshots...
This week, we posted the first screen grabs from the Database Automator Action Pack, with a few more still to come as we near release. In the coming weeks we will be talking more about this package in terms of pricing and availability, but the short version is that we are pricing them with a 3 month 'early adopter' price before going up to our long term pricing, and that there will be a limited demo / shareware version made available. We remain on track for a Q1 2008 release, and just might be getting it out the door prior to that...
