It is our opinion that a major part of building a small ISV like this
is open and frank communication with the customers. As a customer
doing business with a large company implies a certain amount of faith
that the company will be around to support you when you need it. The
problem is that with a smaller company, there is always the question.
Recognizing that, it is our responsibility to keep the lines of
communication open.
The best way we know how to do this it to maintain a weblog about
not only the company, but what we are doing, working on and our
impressions of the tools we are using. This means that sometimes,
the content may be unexpected, but it should be fairly current and
generally topcial.
